The Sales Leader of the Year award recognizes contributions to a company’s bottom line but also creating a thriving culture where people can learn and grow.
Each nomination is carefully considered based on qualitative feedback as well as popular vote.
The qualitative portion is a review of the skills and abilities of the individual leaders, as well as their accomplishments. The popular vote focuses on leader’s charisma and ability to inspire others.
Each nominated leader must:
Have a VP title or above
Be considered a current sales leader (sales team reports through them)
Oversee a team larger than 10 sales reps
